Song is a chance for artists to tell the story they want to tell; to reach beyond the typical gossip and press junket questions.

It’s their chance to take us behind the curtain, down the creative well, and into their heart, exploring the things that matter most to them—the life changing events, relationships, experiences, and music that shaped them personally and as an artist.

Ultimately Song asks the question, “What song changed your life?” The answer and story is often an unexpected, unguarded, and revealing, yet inspiring insight into an artist you thought you knew.

The artist’s performance of this pivotal song is brim with emotion and the climax of each episode.

The Objective

Originally airing from 2012 – 2015 on satellite and cable television, the series producers are relaunching the series and seeking production and distribution partners who share their passion for music. The aim is to grow the series with a new roster of artists to a much broader audience.
